Find That Quality Tenant is a web site devoted to providing supplementary materials for a book written by a real estate investor regarding tenant issues. He came to us to design a practical and professional web site which he could take over.
All graphic design on this web site is custom with stock photography incorporated throughout. The web site is a basic white background layout with dropdown menus. As usual, this site was originally handcrafted/hand-coded using HTML and CSS.
There is a “backend” section of this web site as well; there is a section for individuals to login to download reports and forms pertaining to the book. This was developed in PHP and MySQL and currently has over 20 pages.
